⑴圖紙規劃與圖紙校驗目前,規劃液壓閥組有兩種常用的方法,一是用二維的G氣D軟件規劃,如AutoQ氣D和C∞認電子圖板等;二是用三維的(二AD軟件規劃,如Solid-Works、UG、Pro/E、Inventor等。
⑵液壓閥塊資料的挑選工作壓力P<6.3MPa時,液壓閥塊能夠選用鑄鐵HT20一40;6.3MPa≤P<21MPa時,液壓閥塊能夠選用鋁合金鍛件;P≥21MPa時,液壓閥塊能夠選用35號鍛鋼。由于工程機械對液壓閥組的分量要求嚴格,液壓閥塊一般選用鋁合金鍛件,因而要求規劃體系時壓力不超越21MPa。
⑶元件的挑選在選用液壓閥時,一定要看清其流量和壓力范圍,還要留意其流量一壓力曲線,若選型過小往往會形成體系壓力丟失太大,使體系發熱;若選型過大,則會形成經濟上的浪費。液壓閥有2種密封材料可選,氟橡膠密封適用于磷酸脂介質,丁晴橡膠密封適用礦物油介質,要依據實際使用的介質來挑選。在選定元件時建議對選用的閥做性能試驗。元件選定后,要在液壓原理圖上標注各個閥的類型、各孔道代號、刀具代號以及各油口的代號、尺寸大小,以便液壓閥組的規劃和校正。
⑷液壓原理圖的審定在規劃液壓閥組之前,要對原理圖進行認真的審定,確保原理能滿意工況的需要,并對原理圖進行優化,盡量削減元件的數量。原理圖審定后要劃定液壓閥組的范圍,用雙點劃框住,既不要讓閥塊太大,又要使閥塊的數量盡量少。
